Is it necessary to book an appointment in advance?

Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slot. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect with the following stipulations:

1. Credit card information is required to book.
2. We will not charge your card – payments will be at the spa after service completed.
3. Canceling/rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled service; no-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.

We understand there are extenuating circumstances for no-show/last minute
cancellations – please call us as soon as possible.

 

Is there parking available near your salon?

Yes, we have convenient parking options alongside Winston Road for our clients.

 

Are your products safe?

We use the highest quality, top-rated, and newest nail and skin care products and technologies that are currently offered on the market (OPI, Kiara Sky, CND Brisa Gel and FlexiGel, Young Nails, Gelish, Magic Gel System, Diego Dalla Palma Professional Skin Care, Caribbean Sol Natural Skin Care).
