We want your experience with Casa D'Blanca Nails and Spa to be as relaxing and stress free as possible. In order to do so, we have a few booking policies in place. Don't worry, we'll make them sound as soothing as your next manicure!

1. Cherish Your Time:
We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We understand life can get busy, but we believe in giving everyone a fair chance to enjoy our pampering services. Those who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the service.

2. Secure Your Serenity:
To reserve your spot at Casa D'Blanca, we'll need your credit card information. But rest assured, we won't charge your card until after you've experienced the magic of our spa. Your wallet can relax until then!

3. Last-Minute Changes:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we'll have to charge your card 100% of the scheduled service cost. We hope you understand that our talented team prepares specially for your visit, and late changes can disrupt our carefully crafted schedule.

4. The Essence of Understanding:
We understand unexpected surprises happen in life. If you find yourself in a no-show situation or need to cancel at the last minute due to certain circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to work with you and make sure you don't miss out on the serenity we offer.
